ㅤPayment | Refunds | Cancellationㅤ

I accept the following payments:
‣ VGen Payments, PayPal, Amazon e-Gift Card, Throne Crowdfunding.
‣ T&T Payment Service: (FCB Wire Transfer)‣ Once the process starts I will NOT accept refunds or chargebacks.
‣ You may cancel the commission if payment has not been made yet & I have not started on your commission.
‣ I will only start on the commission after agreed payment amount has been made.

ㅤTurnaround Time & Deliveryㅤ

‣ The expected turnaround time is 1 week - 3 months.
I can't do hard deadlines according to my Queue.
‣ Rush fee is an additional 20% of final price. (Ask first for availability)

‣ You may ask for updates but please be polite and patient. Do not rush me.
‣ Final image will be delivered as a high-res PNG to the provided email address.

ㅤRevisionsㅤ

‣ You get 2 rounds of changes on the individual commissioned piece included in the price.

ㅤGeneralㅤ

‣ Please provide neat visual references & descriptions.
‣ I should be notified of any expected deadlines.
‣ Purchasing art from me grants you PERSONAL USE of your digital copy.
‣ Commercial fees will be further discussed for branding purposes, merchandise, prints etc.
‣ If your commission is NSFW (nudity, suggestive) There will be a +20% fee of the total price.
‣ Products will be digital-only, so there will be no shipping costs/physical goods.‣ You THE CLIENT understands that anything made by me shall NOT be used in Artificial Intelligence generating sites and ANY block-chain related technology, including any form of NFTs, crypto or future inventions in the space.Credit to the artist must be provided in written descriptions (@aelfhun).

✦┊PERSONAL USE: This includes Profile Pictures, Wallpapers & Backgrounds.
‣ This type of artwork is not approved for profitable redistribution. Reproduction and selling is prohibited.✦┊COMMERCIAL USE: This includes Merch, Banner, Schedule Art, Streaming Assets (Overlays, Emotes, PNGTuber) & Network Assets (Website Art, Graphics (Discord Included)).
‣ You may profit off the art with the corresponding license purchased.

ㅤI, The Artist...ㅤ

‣ Maintain all rights to my work under the name Aelfhun's Art. It is prohibited to trace over, manipulate/edit, or claim that you created any of my commissioned work.
‣ Have the right to livestream the process of your commission unless client has stated otherwise in the beginning of the discussion.
‣ Will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
‣ Reserve the right to cancel the order at any time for any reason.
‣ Will take as much time as I need to fulfill the commission, depending on the complexity.
‣ Reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books, prints, etc.. unless stated otherwise.

ㅤYou, The Client...ㅤ

‣ Are ONLY allowed to use the commissioned work for personal use (profile picture, wallpaper, collection, etc.). The work can also be used for non-monetary promotional purposes, but you must credit me as the artist.
‣ You are welcome to physically print out your commission, but do not use the prints for monetary gain.
‣ Should know that ill behavior (ex: speaking poorly of my work especially behind my back, otherwise inappropriate) is considered grounds for declining a commission & blacklisting the client.
‣ Must communicate back with when required during the commission process, if you fail to do so the commission will be cancelled with no refunds.
‣ Acknowledges the artist behind your commissioned work has other responsibilities that may interfere with their work. By agreeing to these terms, you understand that I will take my time.
‣ Acknowledges that failure to adhere to these terms, or to any of the other guidelines mentioned, will result in an immediate decline to your commission.

Looking to build a community server & you don't have time to set up a server or know how to?
I can get the job done within a day depending on my schedule!
I also do Server Revamps.
Please be advised the prices may vary on your request for upgrades.

‣ I require full payment before I start working.
‣ I wll make the server then invite you during the process.
‣ Credit me when you are promoting your server. (ie. Debut, Website etc...)
‣ Provide as much details as possible. (Theme, Colours, Categories, Lore etc)
‣ If a Bot isn't working or channel/role missing perms you are free to contact me in Koelf's Office.
‣ My DMs are not for clients so please DO NOT message me for no reason & wasting my time.
‣ I will NOT moderate your server & users. Necessary advice for you & your Mods will be provided.・I do not mod voluntarily as I am busy with modding servers myself.
